Elche enjoys a typical Mediterranean environment, with mild winters and moderately hot summers, with temperatures between 26 º averages in the summer and 17º in the winter.
Its vast municipal district includes urban, rural and coastal areas, which all have infrastructures and services, and a significant housing stock of different types for sale and to rent.
Elche is, also, a driving force of wealth, employment and economic growth of the province and the region, and it has an entrepreneurial tradition that favours the development and the consolidation of a major business network that is constantly expanding into innovative sectors of the economy.
